The winery is located in the municipality of Montan / Montagna in the Italian wine-growing area South-Tirol (Region Trentino-Alto Adige ). The traditional family has been practicing viticulture since 1861. Three generations operate with the following guiding principle: Coming together is a beginning, keeping together is progress, working together leads to success . He is led by Klaus and Monika Pfitscher. In 2011, a new winery was put into operation on the outskirts of the village, where the construction was embedded in nature. From the tasting room you can enjoy a view of the South Tyrolean lowlands and the mountains. The path to the cellar is different in color and ends dark blue in the Blauburgunderkeller.
The vineyards cover 15 hectares of vineyards in the five municipalities Auer, Kurtatsch, Montan, Neumarkt and Völs with different floors in up to 900 meters above sea level.
