Tart nose, vegetal notes reminiscent of pulses and stinging nettle, nutty traces, touch of yellow and green fruit aromas, hint of elderberry. Tart, juicy, fairly cool fruit on the palate, yeasty and prominent vegetal notes, elegantm, fairly lively acidity, slightly muted, hint of tropical fruit and some lemony notes on a good to very good tart finish.
