2013 trocken Hexenberg, Burgenland, Austria

Firm, fairly deep nose, ripe, predominantly black berries, light cedary wood and a hint of tobacco, peppery traces, some dried meat, earthy and mineral notes. Concnetrated, ripe, dark, tart, juicy fruit on the palate, smoky, toasted oak, some cedar and a hint of tar, firm, youthful, fine tannins, peppery notes, persistent, good depth, firm grip, elegant bite, dark spicy notes, tart earthy and salty mineral otes in the background, still undeveloped, very good long finish.
