The winery is located in the municipality Göttlesbrunn in the Lower Austrian wine region Carnuntum, It is managed by Philipp Grassl. The vineyards cover 25 hectares of vineyards in the Aubühel vineyards, Bärnreiser, Forces, Neuberg, Rosenberg and Schütte mountain, They are 80% with the red wine varieties Zweigelt. St. Laurent. Merlot. . Pinot Noir. Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon, as well as 20% with the white wines Green Valtellina. . Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc planted. The white wines and red wines vinified in the classic style are produced in stainless steel tank or in large wooden barrel fermented and expanded. The red wines are made without additives (yeasts, enzymes) and without fining with little sulfur use vinfiziert. The premium red wines are made in wooden fermentation stands with some of the vineyard's own yeasts fermented spontaneously and in French expanded. These include the red wine cuvées Bärnreiser (Zweigelt, Merlot, CS, Blaufränkisch ) and Rubin Carnuntum (Zweigelt, Blaufränkisch ) as well as the pure red wine St. Laurent Alte Reben.
