Translate to English Etwas speckiger und animalischer, holzwürziger Duft nach teils eingemachten gemischten Beeren und etwas Kirschen mit vegetabilen Aromen und getreidig-nussigen Anklängen. Fest gewirkt im Mund, reife, kompottige Frucht mit rauchigen und etwas röstigen Holzaromen, vegetabile und getrocknet-pflanzliche Noten, im Hintergrund erdige Mineralik, viel Kraft und Fett, präsentes, noch ein wenig trocknendes Tannin, gute Nachhaltigkeit, speckige Anklänge, ziemlich rustikale Art, guter Abgang.
