Translate to English Kühle und eher herbe, deutlich pflanzliche Nase nach grünen Beeren und etwas Apfel mit Anklängen an Hülsenfrüchte. Klare, geradlinige Frucht mit zartem Schmelz und feiner Säure, frisch-planzliche Würze und eine Spur Hülsenfrüchte am Gaumen, etwas Nachhaltigkeit, nicht allzu tief, aber sehr gut gemacht, ordentlicher Abgang.
