Translate to English Herber, deutlich vegetabiler und etwas erdiger Duft mit nussigen und leicht gelbfruchtigen Aromen sowie recht präsenter Mineralik. Reife, trockene Frucht im Mund, deutlich vegetabil und erdig-mineralisch, altholzige und nussige Töne, präsente Säure, ganz leicht rau und ein wenig bitterlich-phenolisch am Gaumen, gute Substanz und Nachhaltigkeit, kräuterige Nuancen, guter, leicht öliger, aber wieder auch ein wenig rauer Abgang.
