Translate to English Nussiger, erdiger und deutlich vegetabiler Duft mit eher herben gelbfruchtigen Aromen, etwas Holz und Rauch, Kräutern, ein wenig Pfeffer und mineralischen Tönen. Ganz trockene, herbe Frucht mit merklichem Säurebiss, erdige, vegetabile und salzig-mineralische Noten, leicht florale am Gaumen, helle holzige und hefige Nuancen, gute Nachhaltigkeit, noch leicht rauer Gerbstoff, florale Anklänge, Bambussprossen guter bis sehr guter, zitrusbetonter Abgang mit hefigen und salzigen Noten.
