Translate to English Fester, etwas kräuterig-vegetabiler und zart floraler Zitrus-Steinobstduft mit ein wenig Ananas, schwarzen Beeren und mineralischen Noten. Schlanke, völlig trockene Frucht im Mund, hefige, pflanzliche und helle erdige bis mineralische Töne, präsente Säure, leicht sandiger und antrocknender Gerbstoff, relativ kalter Stil, viel Biss, sehr guter, herber, noch ziemlich rauer Abgang mit sehr präsenter Säure und Salz. Muss reifen und legt womöglich noch zu.
