Translate to English Fester, hefiger und gelb-gewürziger, auch kräuteriger, etwas pfeffriger und sehr mineralischer Duft nach reifen, teils kandierten gelben Früchten mit getrocknet-floralen Nuancen sowie zart harzigen und mandeligen Tönen. Reife, saftige, fest gewirkte, teils angetrocknete Frucht, griffig und nachhaltig, lebendige Säure, hefige, leicht nussige und auch kräuterige Töne, reichlich Griff von reifen Gerbstoffen, Kandisnoten im Hintergrund, deutliche, etwas salzige Mineralik, Kräuter, gewisse Tiefe, sehr guter, straffer, saftiger Abgang.
