2003 Aargau Süd Stadtberg Pinot Noir, German-speaking Switzerland-Aargovia, Switzerland

Prominent oak on the youthful nose, peanuts and some cedars, red berries and light mineral notes. Cassis and red berry fruit in the mouth, medium body, still slightly dominated by oak, but shows some substance and structure, integrated ripe tannins, needs time, attractive to good finish. Benefits from aeration.
