Light nutty and yeasty notes on the nose, partly dried vegetal notes and a hint of tobacco, tart yellow fruit, touch of yellow spice, smoky notes, mineral traces. Ripe, juicy, slightly off-dry fruit on the palate, elegant acidity, some grip, herbaceous, floral and yeasty as well as nutty aromas, light chalky notes in the background, elegant acidity, ripe tannins provide firm grip, citrus zests, smoky oak and mineral notes on a very good, very slightly astringent finish.
