Editor note: Prominent vegetal and light spicy notes on the nose, yellow fruit, hint of bacon, candied nuts. Tart fruit on the palate, nutty, light spicy, vegetal and delicate yeasty notes, slightly muted, integrated acidity, medium body, fairly persistent, noticeable high alcohol, slightly mutes again on the finish.
Best to drink: To 2020+
