Fairly tart nose, light nutty and yeasty notes, prominent floral and light earthy aromas, yellow fruit, vegetal notes. Ripe, tart fruit on the palate, yeasty aromas, light smoky and nutty notes, light dried vegetal notes, hint of bacon, elegant acidity, veryslightlyastringent tannins, slightly sweetish touch in the background, good persistence, hint of nut butter on a good to very good finish.
