Fairly mature nose, nuttyand vegetal notes, hint of mushrooms, pomaceous fruit, some yellow spice and lavender. Ripe, mature fruit on the palate, nutty, earthyand vegetal notes, some more lavender, touch of yellow spice, peppery traces, hint of bacon, light oak, full-bodied and creamy, light tannic grip, moderate acidity, slightly noticeable warm alcohol, slightly perfumed on a good to very good finish.
