Slightly cloudy old gold to amber. Nutty, dried floral and yellow-spicy fragrance with fine yellow and white fruit aromas, a hint of rhubarb, iodine, juniper, hinted undergrowth and clear minerality. Very firm, tangy-juicy, ripe fruit with distinctly yeasty notes, some smoke and a lot of chalky minerality, yellow spice and floral tones on the palate, good depth, much grasp of ripe tannins, very fine acidity, tart nutty aromas, yellow spice reminiscent of turmeric, a little green tea, multi-layered, long, juicy, spicy and mineral finish
