Dull bright orange. Rather cool, floral, vegetal, nutty and yeasty nose with quite fresh yellow fruity aromas, nutty tones, floral and herbal notes, a hint of bacon and minerality. Clear, quite firm, juicy, lively fruit, yeasty, nutty and somewhat yellow-spicy tones, slightly floral, very fine acidity and much crumbly tannin, persistent on the palate, very delicate caramel, chalky and salty in the background, hinted white pepper, also a hint of elderflower, delicately bacon-like, light warmth, very good, firm, tart, juicy, yeasty and mineral finish with herbal and vegetable spice
