Yeasty and nutty notes on the nose, dried flowers, restrained yellow fruit aromas, very light waxy notes. Clear, ripe, fairly juic fruit on the palate, delicate vegetal, floral and nutty notes, elegant acidity, good persistence, chalky and salty notes, hint of tobacco, fairly fresh style with some acid bite, hint of mushrooms on a veryy good finish.
