Dull straw yellow. Yeasty, nutty and slightly vegetable scent with yellow fruity aromas, floral nuances, a little bacon, mushrooms and light minerality. Clear, polished, fine juicy fruit, planty, slightly floral and again nutty-yeasty tones, lively, very fine acidity, fresh and cool on the palate, some touch of fine tannin, persistent, good substance at low alcohol, clear minerality, animating bite, very good finish with cool juice, planty notes, minerality and draught
