2006 Süd-Steiermark Ried Grassnitzberg Weißburgunder trocken, Styria/Steiermark, Austria

Fairly mature nose, slightly muted must apples and pears. Slightly austere on the palate, prominent psicy oak, enhanced by fairly prominent acidity, straightforward, angular must pears with a hint of banana, tart and firm, light acid bite, has some character, still quite youthful and a little hard, good finish.
