Tart, firm, slightly warm fruit, clearly vegetal, somewhat smoky and slightly yeasty aromas, nutty wood tones, a little bacon and mushrooms on the palate, fine acidity and a lot of grip from crumbly tannin, some protein, chalky and salty in the background, tart floral notes, hints of elderberry, very good, slightly phenolic-covered finish with a hint of cabbage. Not in top form at the moment and very slightly stony. Will it come back? The substance is there, as is the length.
