Editor note: Nutty, yeasty and light vegetal notes on the nose, very light yellow fruit aromas, floral traces, fairly prominent mineral notes. Ripe, warm, creamy fruit on the palate, nutty, yeasty and elegant vegetal notes, moderate acidity, integrated tannins provide some grip, full body, noticeable warm alcohol, good substance and persistence, hint of smoked bacon in the background, chalky, salty mineral notes, touch of white pepper and cramel, vegetal notes on a warm, creamy, mineral finish.
