Cool nose, prominent vegetal notes, reminiscent of green asparagus and bell peppers, white and yellow fruit, floral notes, touch of elderflower, peppery traces. Ripe, juicy, slightly warm fruit on the palate, yeasty, vegetal and herbaceous notes, touch of yellow spice, polished, lively acidity, elegant tannic grip, prominent chalky mineral notes, some depth, more asparagus, hint of black berries, very good, slightly warm finish.
