Tart vegetal notes on the nose, very light fruity notes, mineral traces. Straightforward, light, elegant, juicy, fairly polished fruit on the palate, fresh vegetal notes, hint of elderflower, yeasty traces, mineral notes in the background, hint of dark berries, slightly creamy, very delicate tannic grip, has some power, salty notes on a very good finish.

Editor note: Restrained, fairly light nose, fresh vegetal and light floral notes, white and green fruit, touch of yellow spice, light mineral and noticeable floral notes. Restrained, polished fruit on the palate, nutty notes, partly dried vegetal and floral notes, touch of yellow spice, elegant acidity, light tannic grip, salty mineral notes, peppery notes in the background, good persistence, some depth, hint of bacon, quite full-bodied, very good, tart, juicy, spicy finish.
