2017 Süd-Steiermark Ried Zieregg Sauvignon Blanc trocken, Styria/Steiermark, Austria

Mirm nose, mineral, dried floral and herbaceous notes, light nutty and yeasty traces, hint of black berries and elderberries, peppery traces, hint of bacon, prominent mineral notes. Firm again on the palate, gripping and tart, still has prominent nutty and yeasty noites, light oak, elegant acidity, integrated tannins, full body, good substance, light mineral notes, hint of tobacco, hint of elderflower, slightly noticeable warm alcohol, becomes more firm with aeration, very good, firm, tart finish.
