Cool, polished nose, light yeasty notes, fresh vegetal and herbaceous notes, light yellow fruit, light mineral notes in the background. Fairly firm, light, juicy fruit on the palate, yutty, yeasty, vegetal and herbaceous notes, very elegant acidity, light grip, peppery traces, light chalky mineral notes, good persistence, fairly firm strucvture, delicately sweetish and creamy, hint of bacon, refreshingly clear contours on a very good, firm, elegant, juicy finish.

Clear, firm, fairly cool, elegant, juicy fruit on the palate, very elegant acidity, delicate nutty, yeasty and floral notes, herbs and a hint of dark berries in the background, fairly prominent mineral notes, delicately sweetish and creamy, elegant grip on a good to very good finish.
