Translate to English Recht tiefer, noch etwas hefiger und fast ein wenig rauchiger, kräuterig-pflanzlicher und gewürziger, kühler Zitrus-Steinobstduft mit mineralischen Noten sowie einem Hauch Kapern und Pfefferschoten. Reife, feinsaftige Frucht, wieder ein wenig grüne, dabei nicht unreife vegetabile Würze, sehr feine Säure, hefige und leicht erdige bis deutlich mineralische Töne, gute Nachhaltigkeit, hat Griff, noch ganz leicht deckender Gerbstoff, sehr guter, feinsaftiger und grün-würziger Abgang. Ganz eigenständiger Charakter.
