2015 Bingen Scharlachberg Riesling Auslese Grosse Lage, Rheinhessen, Germany

Prominent herbaceous anddelicate yeasty notes on the nose, hint of tobacco, partly candied citrus and stone fruit, floral traces, mineral notes. Clear, very juicy, partly candied and preserved fruit on the palate, lively, elegant acidity, delicate touch of carbon dioxide, yeasty notes and floral traces, mineral notes in the background, persistent and polished, has some bite and depth, light spicy vegetal notes, grippy mineral notes on a very good, juicy and very sweet finish.
