Very slightly reductive nose, delicate yeasty notes, light vegetal and herbaceous notes, light yellow fruit, mineral notes. Sweet fruit on the palate, vegetal, herbaceous and floral aromas, delicate peppery traces, hint of dark berries in the background, elegant acidity, delicate touch of carbon dioxide, light tannic grip, fairly persistent, still has some light sulphurous notes on a good to very good finish.
