Fairly cool nose, light vegetal and floral notes, restrained yellow fruit, very light earthy notes. Fairly light-bodied, bone dry fruit on the palate, light yeasty, vegetal and earthy notes, elegant acidity, fairly persistent, light tannic touch, hint of white pepper and light flowers in the background, firm structure, clear contours, good to very good, tart finish.
