Editor note: Fairly cool, polished nose, still yeasty, citrus and pomaceous fruit, vegetal, herbaceous and light floral traces, mineral notes in the background. Fairly juicy, very sweet fruit on the palate, lively, elegant acidity, yeasty, herbaceous and floral aromas, good persistence and substance, white pepper and some salt, still largely undeveloped, hint of red berries and some bay leaf, noticeably sweet again on a very good finish.
Best to drink: 2018-2021+
