Firm nose, light yeasty and nutty notes, light vegetal and herbaceous aromas, tart yellow fruit aromas, fairly prominent, slightly chalky mineral notes. Ripe, juicy fruit on the palate, vegetal, herbaceous and nutty notes, hint of bacon, very light lactic and volatile notes, elegant acidity, fairly prominent tannins, slightly noticeable warm alcohol, creamy, earthy as well as chalky mineral notes, delicate bitter touch, vegetal aromas, slightly astringent, good to very good warm finish.
