Klar, ruhig und feinsaftig im Mund, kühl-pflanzliche Würze und deutliche Mineralik, hochfeine Säure, recht nachhaltig am Gaumen, viel Schliff und gute Substanz, wirkt noch ziemlich jung, nicht ewig tief, sehr guter, mineralischer und etwas vegetabiler Abgang.
