Dried vegetal notes on the nose, hint of soup greens, predominantly black berries, peppery, earthy and light sooty notes. Firm, tart, juicy fruit on the palate, fairly prominent fine tannins, light acid bite, herbaceous traces, some dark chocolate in the background, peppery notes and a hint of chili, salty traces, good substance and persistence, tart style, slightly astringent, light sooty notes and some lovage, herbs, oak and dark chocolate. sooty traces on a fairly firm, slightly warm, dark, juicy finish.

Editor note: Translate to English Völlig unentwickelt in der Nase, fest, herb und pfeffrig, auch noch hefig, deutlich eingemachte Sauerkirschen, aber auch Heidelbeeren und Brombeeren, kräuterige und nussige Anklänge, im Hintergrund Speck, eine Spur Süßholz und herbe erdige und vegetabile Aromen. Konzentriert im Mund, unentwickelte, sehr dunkle Frucht mit herben erdigen, nussig-holzigen und vegetabilen Aromen, präsentes, noch etwas eckiges Tannin, nachhaltig und kräftig am Gaumen, aber auch mit kühlen Elementen, deutliche, erdige und salzige Mineralik, noch ziemlich unnahbar, ein wenig Liebstöckel im Hintergrund, sehr guter Abgang. Muss unbedingt reifen.
