2011 Trollinger trocken Steinwiege, Württemberg, Germany

A little more reductive and almost a bit herbaceous with a hint of sour cherries and mixed berries with earthy notes. Elegant, tart, juicy fruit on the palate, more undeveloped, almost reductive, but also has some bite, some substance, floral and herbaceous notes, fairly persistent, nutty traces, quite a good finish. Something still has to mature.
