2017 trocken Cuvée D, Simonroth®, Württemberg, Germany

Tart nose, light dried vegetal notes, hint of tobacco, predominantly black berries and some cherries, delicate peppery notes. Clear, polished, tart, juicy, dark fruit on the palate, delicate toasted, spicy oak, fine, youthful tannins, light acid bite, good persistence, dried vegetal traces and a hint of tobacco, fairly polished style, some acid bite on a very good, tart, juicy finish.
