Very slightly muted nose, nutty and yeasty notes, vegetal and herbaceous notes, hint of tobacco, partly preserved apricots, hint of lavender. Fairly cool, polished fruit on the palate, delicately creamy, lively, fairly elegant acidity, hint of sage, mushrooms and caraway seed, light integrated tannins, good persistence, some depth, salty notes, some bite, hint of bacon on a good to very good finish.
