Nose still rather closed, nutty and vegetal notes, hint of green bacon, restrained yellow fruit, mineral notes. Clear, straightforward, tart, juicy fruit on the palate, elegant, fairly lively acidity, hint of bacon, yeasty and vegetal notes, light nutty and floral notes in the backgorund, light tannic grip, fairly persistent, still unapproachable, chalky notes on a good to very good finish.
