2017 Spätburgunder trocken "Simonroth®", Württemberg, Germany

Clear, fairly polished, spicy nose, red and a few black berries, amarena cherries, hint of tobacco, lighjt dried herbs and mushrooms, earthy and mineral traces. Firm, tart, juicy fruit on the palate, toasted oak, peppery notes, light dried vegetal and herbaceous notes, full body, some acid bite, noticeable tannic grip, some depth, smoky traces, earthy and salty mineral notes, very good, firm, tart, juicy finish.
