2014 Bacharach Riesling Brut, Mittelrhein, Germany

Quite cool, clearly vegetal, a little earthy and yeasty fragrance with subtle citrus and stone fruit aromas as well as hints of yellow spice. Clear, fairly firm, juicy, not quite dry fruit, yeasty, delicately nutty and yellow spicy aromas, a hint of candy, fine mousse, good substance and persistence, mineral and floral notes, some grip, very good finish.
