2018 Bacharach Wolfshöhle Riesling Grosses Gewächs trocken, Mittelrhein, Germany

Rather firm, herbal-spicy and slightly yeasty, also mineral fragrance with restrained yellow-fruity and a little nutty tones. Partly candied, juicy, rather sweet fruit, herbal-vegetable notes, hinted yellow spice, lively acidity, certain persistence, a little honey and kimchi, some grip, good to very good, sweet finish with bite.
