2012 Michelfeld Spätburgunder trocken Alte Reben, Baden, Germany

Already noticeably developed strawberry-melon nose with dried floral notes, woody aromas, and soup herbs. Straight, rather slender, finely juicy fruit with nutty aromas, a hint of wood and candy tones, fine acid bite, liquorice and good, raw flesh in the background, moderate tannin, certain persistence, some soup stock and rosemary, good to very good finish.
