Translate to English Sehr dicht in der Nase, feste Mineralik, nach Pfirsichen und etwas Minze. Kühl und dicht im Mund, feine, feste Säure, am Gaumen ganz von der kühlen und herben Mineralik geprägt, noch unentwickelt, sehr nachhaltig, mineralische Länge. Legt mit der Reife vermutlich noch zu.
