Translate to English Relativ kühler, etwas kräuteriger, auch zart nussig-hefiger Duft nach teils eingemachten gelben Früchten mit mineralischen, zart vegetabilen und ganz leicht floralen Noten. Reife, süßliche Frucht mit moderater Säure, zart hefigen Noten und einer Spur Gerbstoff, etwas Kandis am Gaumen, gewisse Wärme, im Hintergrund mineralische Töne, einen Hauch floral und dunkelbeerig, etwas Nachhaltigkeit, guter, süßlicher, wieder eher warmer Abgang.
