Much more tart in the mouth than the nose suggests, bright, citrus-accented fruit, enormous acidity, again yeasty, slightly smoky, vegetal and hints of buttery notes, nutty on the palate, persistent, noticeable tannic grip, minerality in the background, bone-dry style, very slightly muted, at first downright angular and brittle, then clearly more harmonious with plenty of air, very good, tart finish, again with plenty of acid bite. Seems rather unapproachable at the moment.
