Translate to English Recht herber, etwas brotig-hefiger, leicht getrocknet-vegetabiler und floraler Duft mit Pfirsich- und Kernobstaromen, Noten reifer Zitrusfrüchte, einem Hauch Kandis und recht deutlicher Mineralik. Herb-saftige Frucht im Mund, pflanzliche und etwas hefige Würze, straffe, lebendige Säure, leichter Gerbstoff-Griff, nachhaltig am Gaumen, gewisser Schmelz, ein wenig Kandis, recht deutlich Verbene, im Hintergrund erdige Mineralik, noch wenig entwickelt, etwas Tiefe, sehr guter Abgang mit viel Biss.
