Translate to English Vegetabile und leicht speckig-fleischige, auch zart hefige Nase mit gelb- und rotfruchtigen Aromen, deutlich Eiweiß sowie erdigen, holzigen und getreidigen Tönen. Leicht süßliche Frucht mit hefigen, speckigen und holzigen Noten, etwas Rauch, Mais und wieder Eiweiß, im Hintergrund salzig, lebendige, feine Säure und etwas sandiger Gerbstoff, gewisse Substanz und Nachhaltigkeit, wird mit Luft deutlich klarer und saftiger, guter bis sehr guter, leicht rauchiger, süßlicher Abgang mit leicht speckigen und gemüsigen Tönen.
