Completely undeveloped, complex, deep, firm and concentrated, yeasty, complex nose with light yellow-fruity and mineral notes, some bacon, nuts, spices and root vegetables. Firm and juicy in the mouth, again concentrated, yet polished fruit with lots of yeast, a little nut butter and light nutty to woody tones, firm acidity and a lot of grip from ripe tannins, deep and quite complex, still extremely young, long, firm, juicy, yeasty and herbal finish with plenty of light mineral notes and green bacon again.

Best to drink: 2021-2032+. What our ratings mean
