2001 Winningen Uhlen Riesling trocken, Mosel, Germany

Firm aroma with cool mineral and herbal spicy notes, as well as notes of citrus fruits and green apples. Pure and delicately juicy, lively, ripe acidity, this wine is characterised more strongly by its structure and mineral notes than by its fruit, quite persistent on the palate, has power and some grip, good finish.
