Translate to English Ruhiger, etwas würziger Duft nach eingemachten und angetrockneten gelben Früchten mit vegetabilen und leicht hefigen Noten, feinherben erdigen Tönen und deutlicher Mineralik. Klare, fest gewirkte und weitgehend trockene Frucht im Mund, präsente Säure, pflanzliche Noten und erdige Mineralik, leicht hefig am Gaumen, viel Stoff und Kraft, gewisse Tiefe, noch ziemlich jung, gewisse Tiefe, sehr guter, recht herber Abgang mit Griff und leicht spürbarem Alkohol.
